Good location, well appointed rooms
They didn’t do daily room servicing unless requested. No onsite restaurant to have breakfast, get coffee etc.

Location: the hotel was just next door to cafes, restaurants, shops, theatres and the tram which was out the front and eateries on the venue's doorstep. I was offered a room with sweeping views over the Melbourne skyline.

Great spot in the heart of the city!
The room was really spacious and comfy. It's super close to everything . One bummer was the slow check-in, but it was busy when we arrived. Still, the modern vibe and cleanliness made up for it. Definitely check out the nearby cafes for some tasty bites.

The central location in terms of business and shopping in Melbourne. Tram at the front door and main hub rail station was walking distance away.
Music system in room required an ipod to work effectively. Also internet access was $6.00 an hour and parking was an extra $30.00 per day. In my opinion the internet should be an inclusion in this day and age fundede by the savings on traditional handouts and the parking is too expensive.

Request a room away from the street for a quieter stay, as there can be noise from nearby traffic at peak hours.

We had a very nice trip at this very good business hotel. It was conveniently located for seeing an Australian & international art museum. The area had plenty of cafes/restaurants and restaurants. The service was really great, including a very early check-in. It was great to have Wi-Fi in the reception.

I found the hotel apartment comfortable, roomy and suited to my needs.
I actually subscribed to the 24-hour wired broadband facilities in the room but used it for less. I realised later I should have signed up for the wireless facility since it covers usage in the hotel lobby. Unfortunately, the hotel doesn't have the flexibility to move between the two plans and in the end one has to sign up another plan, costing more. This situation could be improved in my opinion.
